Remodeling Carpenter (Finish/Trim)

About the role

Arizona Building Contractors is hiring a Remodeling Carpenter with experience in finish and trim work. This role supports residential and light commercial projects, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and install materials for framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, and windows
• Perform finish carpentry on residential and commercial projects
• Complete light commercial work (e.g., metal studs, doors)
• Inspect work and perform repairs as needed
• Coordinate with other trades to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, safe job site
• Follow all safety guidelines and building codes
• Communicate progress with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finish/trim carpentry experience
• 10+ years of general carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Details

• Full-time, W-2 position
• On-site role (no remote work)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
